Alternatives Incorporated provides a variety of training, awareness and education opportunities for our community. Through these efforts, we encourage our partners to join us in our mission to break the cycle of domestic and sexual violence.
Professional Training
Alternatives Incorporated's personnel provide domestic violence and sexual assault training for professionals in the fields of law enforcement; health care; workplace; emergency response; ministry; and education. Alternatives Inc. is certified through the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy to provide accredited training hours.
Community Education
Alternatives Inc. has speakers available to present to social clubs; civic and church groups; and youth organizations. Presentations are modeled to fit the needs of the organization.
Dating Violence Prevention
Alternatives Inc. provides dating violence and sexual assault prevention programs for middle and high school students. More information on the program can be found here.
